Steve was a good friend of mine at Woodward and for several years there after. When we graduated H.S I went to the Navy and Steve went to U.C. with several of my good friends. When I finished my time in the Navy. I went to U.C. And Steve was Sr. And I was a Freshman. We stayed close until we both got married and then we lost track of each other. He never came to any of our reunion until our 50th and we had a great time remembering old times.

R.I.P. old friend until we meet again at the Frisch's Mainliner in the sky!

Steve and I grew up across the street from each other and attended Hartwell School. I have great memories of summer days and evenings playing hide and seek, tag, 4 square and more with Dave Brewer, Chuck Ebel and other Valleydale kids. On hot summer afternoons we all hung out in our basement where it was cool (no AC!) and had an ongoing marathon Monopoly game. After Woodward graduation we went our separate ways. It was wonderful to reconnect at the 50th reunion. My condolences to Steve's family. Rest in peace.
