Hello, everyone. . .

Most (if not all) of you do not know this (and how could you?)  but Terry and I would often, duringour Junior and Senior Years (1964 / 1965) study for exams together, quizzing one another on History (from Mr. Russell Light; and Mr ?___ Warren).

In fact, the studying grew so intense that Terry would often stay over at 1015 Avondale for weeks at a time, riding those horrible old ORANGE BUSSES to school, and the newer silver busses (in Swifton) from school to 1015.

((My mother (a "force of nature" herself) would often jokingly mock us by her sing-song:

                                        "Exams, exams, God damn exams!"

and both Terry and I thought it was funny as all helicopter!

One memory:  After exam days, we would often EAT LIKE SOLDIERS at Loretta's Food Shop -- three doors down from Marx's Drug Store, go back to Marx's, and buy a bunch of comics . . . to read and be amused . . . before the days study marathon began in earnest . . .

Anyhoo, I think this paid off!  I got B's from Mr.Light (which was a damn nice thing to accomplish!) and Terry did well also -- but of courseI I never asked his grades -- we were too good friends for such nonsense!)

Anyways, I remember Terry as a sweet kid, with "no gile in his mouth nor hatred in his heart" --   much in the same vein as Michael Mueller -- but different as well.

I'm gonna miss you, Terry!  See you in Gan Eden!

ANYHOO, I think this

Just a young man with tremendous class. Had the best laugh and never took anything for granted. He came from great parents who were warm and not overbearing. Terry lived well. If anyone remembers. Terry always had the best damed Weejins, Gant buttondown shirts and drove the sweetest red Buick convertible. I never once saw him without a smile. I can still hear him say." Robinson, you are just crazy." I miss you my dear friend...
