I am so sad, I've been searching all over the internet for Robin. She was one of my dearest and closest friends in high school and into my early 20's. I lost touch when my life fell apart. At least I've found her, if only to mourn her. We shared many a memory. I will never forget how attached she was to my daughter, Kim, when she was a baby! I never stopped loving you Robin and you will forever be in my heart!

I led the charge calling up Robin just before she . . . departed.
"Call her up and tell her you love her," I said to everyone.
"But I don't know her."
"Bull SPIT.  Wouldn't you want people to call YOU if you had cancer?"
And, in the end, Clay Reid, the most Southern Gentlemanly man I know, said, "This thing that you are doing, Gary is a good thing."

So I'll just "ape" W. B. Yates, the Irish Poet:
    "Teacher, schollar, horsewoman she,
And her mind outran the horse's feet."

We'll miss you here. . .. and look for you in Gan Eden.

Shalom, dear friend.

Gary F. G.

One of the tenderest and shy souls I ever met. I have tears in my eyes when thinking of her passing. We spent some time together in Mt.Adams before I moved back to California. There was always a sadness in her eyes but she was always there for a friend. Perhaps she had premonitions...a friend misses you, like many others...jeff
